1. Introduction
Welcome to Miheli Link, an eSIM service operated by Miheli Tech Inc ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services at mihelilink.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Miheli Link provides eSIM (embedded SIM) data plans for international travel. Our services include:
- Digital eSIM profiles for data connectivity in 190+ countries
- Instant delivery of eSIM QR codes via email
- Data top-up services for active eSIMs
- Dealer/reseller program for business partners
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent. You must have a compatible eSIM-enabled device. You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM technology before making a purchase.
4. Purchases & Payments
4.1 Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice.
4.2 Payment: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
4.3 Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, refunds are only available if the eSIM has not been activated and within 7 days of purchase. Once an eSIM is activated, no refunds will be issued.
4.4 Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails, please contact our support team. We are not responsible for charges from your bank or card issuer.
5. eSIM Activation & Usage
5.1 Activation: eSIM profiles must be activated before the expiration date specified in your order confirmation. Unused eSIMs may expire and become invalid.
5.2 One-Time Use: Each eSIM QR code can only be scanned and installed once. Do not share or publish your QR code.
5.3 Data Usage: Data plans are for personal, non-commercial use only. Excessive usage that impacts network quality may result in throttling or termination.
5.4 Coverage: Coverage and speeds depend on local network availability. We do not guarantee specific speeds or continuous coverage in all areas.
6. Dealer/Partner Program
6.1 Eligibility: The partner program is available to individuals and registered businesses. Approval is at our sole discretion.
6.2 Subscription: Partners may choose monthly or one-time activation plans at current listed prices. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
6.3 Credits: Partner credits are non-refundable and must be used for eSIM purchases only.
6.4 Termination: We reserve the right to terminate partner accounts for violation of these terms or fraudulent activity.
7. Earnings Disclaimer for Partners

- Reselling without authorization from our partner program
- Disrupting or attempting to hack our systems
- Sharing account credentials or eSIM codes
- Making false or misleading income claims when promoting our services
- Violating any local, national, or international laws
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIHELI TECH INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

These are automated AI systems — not real human employees or individuals. Their personas are used solely for a consistent and helpful user experience.
11.2 No Impersonation: The names and profile images associated with our AI agents are fictional representations. Any resemblance to real individuals is coincidental. These agents do not represent, endorse, or speak on behalf of any specific real person.
11.3 Accuracy of AI Responses: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information through our AI systems, AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies.
